

It's supposed to rain for the next week, so we opted to grill a steak last night. I went down to my butcher for a nice bone-in Sirloin. Gave it a rubbing of assorted peppers, brown sugar, and assorted spices, tossed it onto a hot fire and there you have it...a delightfully crusted steak served with oven browned potatoes and a salad of asparagus, brussel sprouts and mushrooms marinated in a lemon/cumin dressing spilled over arugula, hearts of palm and garden fresh tomatoes.
